FALL DINNER AND COUNTRY PANTRY & BOUTIQUE
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH
We would like to invite you to our annual Fall Dinner and Country Pantry & Boutique. This is a great day to gather with family and friends during this Thanksgiving season. Whether you would like to attend, volunteer to help, or both, look below for more information.
HAM DINNER
Adult tickets are $10 and children tickets are $5.
Take Out and Drive-Thru will be from 3:30pm - 7:00pm.
Dine In will be from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
Menu: Ham, scalloped potatoes, yams (dine-in only), green beans, coleslaw, dessert and a roll.
This part of the event will be in the fellowship hall for dine-in, and the parking lot will be set-up for drive-thru dinners.
COUNTRY PANTRY
& BOUTIQUE
From 10:00am - 7:00pm, you can come shop at our Country Pantry and Boutique which is made up of homemade craft items, fresh baked goods, canned fruits/vegetables, jams/jellies, candies and much more! This part of the event will be in the church parlor.

How Can You Help?
If you would like to help with the Fall Dinner, below are ways that you can do so. Please sign-up on the bulletin board, call Danielle Jaime, or contact the church office (661-746-2187) for any area you would like to help with.
Pre-sale Tickets
Contact Jennifer Hill, or the church office to get tickets to sell for the dinner. You can also pick up tickets at church on Sunday.
DOnations
Donate toward the cost of hams, Teen Challenge men, or any other area you wish.
Please make checks payable to CBC (memo Women's Fellowship or W.F.).
Checks can be given to Danielle Jaime, the church office, or put in the offertory during Sunday service.
WORKERS NEEDED
Fall Dinner Workers: On Wednesday and Thursday morning (November 13th & 15th) we will need volunteers to help prepare for the dinner. On Thursday evening, November 15th, you can help with a dinner shift between 4:00pm and 7:30pm.
HAMS
Bake a ham(s) at home to bring on Thursday afternoon for the dinner. Get your ham(s) from Daniel Jaime by noon.
Time to be determined.
DESSERTS
Bake a dessert for the drive-thru: Texas sheet cakes and pumpkin pies.
Bake a dessert for dine-in: homemade pies, cakes, or cobblers.
teen challenge
Women's Fellowship will be providing a ministry opportunity for you to donate dinners to the men's Teen Challenge residents and staff. If you are interested, contact Danielle Jaime or the church office.
COUNTRY PANTRY & BOUTIQUE
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Make Items: We need your help to stock our Country Pantry! Homemade items such as: baked goods, canned fruits/vegetables, fresh fruits (oranges, apples, lemons, persimmons, etc), jams, jellies, breads, nuts, candy, and all sorts of homemade crafts are needed.
Country Pantry Workers: On Monday - Thursday (November 12th - 15th), we will need volunteers for preparation/set-up. On Thursday evening we will need volunteers to help run the booth for shoppers to buy their items.
When should you bring your items?
Between 9-12:00pm, and 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (November 12th-14th)
Bring perishables after 9:00 am on Thursday (November 15th)
